If you're not buying authorized you're buying risk!

Your VULCAIN watch is guaranteed against all production defects for a period of two years from the date of original purchase from an Authorized Vulcain dealer.

Vulcain manufactures each watch under a strict criteria of quality control to insure that each watch is delivered in perfect operating condition.

Each model is marked with a specific progressive serial number which identifies its origin country destination and authenticity, by which your watch will always be identified by the factory.

Only Authorized Vulcain dealers or Vulcain authorized distributors are allowed to provide or enforce warranty services provided under the International Warranty Guarantee. International service assistance is available worldwide, provided your Vulcain watch is purchased from an authorized Vulcain dealer, as evidenced by a dated and authenticated dealer stamped warranty card (provided) and a copy of proof of purchase from the authorized dealer.

Vulcain watches are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for a period of two years unless the following terms hereafter specified are detected:

- Defects are consequences of accidents, abuses or inappropriate uses of the watch.

- Defects are not covered when the watch has undergone unauthorized repairs, or the watch case has been opened by any unauthorized facility or dealer.

Vulcain reserves the right to refuse warranty repair, factory repair, or providing any parts for any watch Vulcain deems in violation of its authorized distribution policies and practices (as stated above) or any suspect treatment that may lead to the operating capability of any watch at its sole discretion.
