We launched our original website in 1995 because we understood that e-commerce was essential to our future, but we are first and foremost a watch company, not a “dot com” company. What is the return policy for our brand new, brand name watches? We guarantee that the watch you receive will be the exact watch you ordered. In the unlikely event that there is an error, we will replace the watch with the correct model at no additional cost to you. In the unlikely event that the watch you receive is defective upon receipt, we will replace the watch with a correctly working watch of the same brand and model at no additional cost to you. Please call us for a return authorization and instructions. We have sold hundreds of thousands of brand new watches and almost never have returns. We inspect every watch before it is shipped, except on the rare occasion when we have a dealer ship the watch directly to a client. If you choose to return an "in stock" item, one that has not been specially ordered, you have 14 days in which to do so for credit toward another About Time® purchase. Please call us first for a return authorization # and instructions (please note that items sent back to About Time without a return authorization # will be rejected at delivery and sent back to the shipping address). The watch must be returned in the same pristine condition as it arrived, with all original boxes, papers, tags, and protective plastic intact and undamaged. It must be free of scratches, smudges and any signs of wear and alteration, such as sizing (a sized watch cannot be returned and are considered final sales). A credit will be issued after the return has been inspected by our watchmaker. Returns are shipped and insured at the buyer’s expense, and subject to a 10% restocking fee. Sorry, special orders, items that are not in our stock, are not returnable.

In the unlikely event that there is an error, we will replace the incorrect item with the correct item at no additional cost to you. In the unlikely event that the jewelry you receive is defective upon receipt, we will replace the defective piece with a perfect one at no additional cost to you. If for any reason you are less than 100% satisfied with your fine jewelry purchase, you have 14 days from the date of shipment to obtain a full refund less shipping costs. Please call us first for a return authorization # and instructions (please note that items sent back to About Time without a return authorization # will be rejected at delivery and sent back to the shipping address). The jewelry must be returned in the same pristine condition as it arrived, with all original boxes, papers, tags, and protective plastic intact and undamaged. What are acceptable methods of payment? We happily accept bank wire transfers, personal or company checks and of course, cash, on most domestic purchases. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express on all “Buy Me” items, most in-stock items and selected special order items, usually under $5,000, and again, on domestic purchases. Please ask. What if you don’t see the brand or model you are looking for? Ask us. About Time® is an authorized dealer of over 40 watch brands, and we have access to many more. Although we are not authorized for Breitling®, Rolex®, Rado®, Cartier® and many other famous names, all of our watches come from authorized dealers and other wholesalers. They are brand new, with original serial numbers, boxes, warranties and instructions when appropriate. All offers are subject to prior sale.
