Yep!  Spankin New Social network in 5 weeks, yeah we did it.  We still have a quite a ways to go with the codebase and we are happy to announce the launch of the bestpartyever.com 3.0.0 alpha.  This is a public alpha, as in a very stripped and minimal version released for public testing.  Check it out.

So our little project BestPartyEver.com is moving forward in a big way.  Just in case you dont know what it is, BestPartyEver.com is an online party planner that will help you plan your next party.

We have come to an agreement with some local talent and will be executing our phase 2 plan.  The additions to the website over the next 6 months will be fairly significant and really add value to our special event advertisers and users.  Keep and eye on the website over the next few months as we re-define what you know about event planning.

BestPartyEver.com is a online event planning service. It makes it easy for users to find vendors to hire for thier next event. Party planning tools allow users to invite guests, create checklists, and manage the party budget.

Here is a sneak peak the new Party Planning Center launching Tuesday Morning.

The new Party Planning Center was designed and coded by our team here at obu, and is a suite of online party planning tools that include: budget calculators, vendor lists, guest lists, task lists, etc.
Also of note the whole search interface has been re-designed and the website widened to 900 px or so to take advantage of the real estate the audience trends to.
