About Time Watch Company Policy for International Orders

Credit cards fees and verification
Credit card orders with international billing addresses can be paid with Mastercard or Visa. About Time will charge a 6% processing fee for all orders containing an international billing address.

All orders with an international credit card billing addreses are verified through our credit card payment verification system. About Time also reserves the right to process any domestic orders of its choosing thru our credit card payment verification system. When you choose to order by international credit card, we will take the required information from you over the phone or email in order to process your order. Please note that you may receive an email requesting additional verification of your billing and or shipping address. If more information is needed, you will be contacted by a customer service representative. To expedite the processing of your order, please be available at the phone number or email address that you provided so that we are able to contact you if need be. Please note that if our verification team is unable to contact you, this could cause delays in the processing of your order.

Wire transfer payment process
In addition to credit card payments, About Time also accepts payment for international orders via wire transfer. Wire transfer orders must be submitted via phone or email and processed manually. About Time will email you easy to follow wire transfer instructions after an order total is confirmed. There is a $25 fee for wire transfers. Duties and taxes
You as the customer are responsible for any duties or taxes associated with your order. Most international orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority and it is FedEx that collects these additional funds. Visit the FedEx website to learn more or contact your local customs department.
