 Your CURTIS & CO watch is guaranteed against all production defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase from an Authorized CURTIS & CO dealer. Should anything (besides abuse, water damage, unauthorized adjustments or modifications, normal wear and tear and aging of the watch straps) happen to your watch please contact us immediately. All CURTIS & CO. timepieces are thoroughly tested, inspected and carefully packed before shipment. However, should you receive a CURTIS & CO timepiece that is damaged, please contact us immediately. We will quickly work to send you a replacement free of charge. Each model is marked with a specific serial number which identifies its origin and authenticity. Only Authorized CURTIS & CO dealers are allowed to provide or enforce warranty services provided under the Warranty Guarantee. Service assistance is available, provided your CURTIS & CO watch is purchased from an authorized CURTIS & CO dealer, as proven by a dated and authenticated dealer stamped warranty card and a copy of proof of purchase from the authorized dealer. |
